Hooman originally entered the workforce as an architect, working as a project manager for large national commercial builders. He started his own construction management and advisory firm which he still runs. When starting his real estate career Hooman found his experience allowed him to develop all the necessary skills to help his clients define their needs, identify best options and secure the ideal home or investment for them. It is his attention to details and being able to think ahead which assures that his clients have a low-stress and enjoyable experience when buying or selling their property. Hooman’s clients are primarily professional couples and young families looking for homes from St. Clair Avenue to Sheppard Ave along the Yonge Street corridor, but he will often find himself in different Toronto neighbourhoods. His architectural knowledge is especially useful in helping his clients see the best way for their families to utilize the space in their home to get the most enjoyment from it. Hooman also has the skills to review renovation and construction options, as well as deal with tradespeople. His philosophy is that you should always maintain a happy, positive attitude and to create the environment that will make that happen.
