Virginia Reider began her real estate career at the age of 29. She had bought her first home when she was only 23 and before that she had been working with a developer. Throughout her life, Virginia has worked with homes in one way or another. It was when she was going through the process of purchasing her own home that she decided to enter into the real estate business. Virginia’s is family-oriented, nurturing, and loves baking. It is no wonder she enjoys the whole real estate process and everything to do with homes. One of her strengths is her highly organized character, which comes in useful when serving her clients. For Virginia, one of the most important things in life is to be happy. Her philosophy is that if you don’t like the way things are playing out, then you need to change it. Virginia believes that real estate is a new beginning for everyone. When selling or buying, it sets you up for a new situation and beginning in life. She recalls from her own experience, how buying her own home gave her a lot of pride and stability. Virginia is relentlessly optimistic and full of positive energy and has a philosophy that what you put out into the world creates your reality. Her personal motto is ‘whatever it takes I’ll make it work’. When there is a problem find a solution.
