Sophie Mogk started her working life in sales for her family's banquet hall business before deciding to take on a full-time position as a real estate and personal injury paralegal. She soon realized that as a social spirit her strength was in sales, which she could best leverage through a real estate career. Sophie began with Real Estate Homeward in 2009 and it soon proved to be a smart decision having a successful first year closing 10 deals. She did very little prospecting and her business has come primarily from her social life and heavy involvement in sports activities; volleyball, softball and karate (in which she has a black belt). As a result of her paralegal background she is able to properly address potential issues and quickly and accurately complete the necessary paperwork. Sophie's approach is to be honest and straightforward. Since many of her clients are first-time home buyers, she often prepares them with a reality check concerning what they want and can afford. She then takes them through the different homes so they can see for themselves and come to their own realization. It is Sophie's genuine and direct nature that attracts clients and helps make them happy with their real estate decisions.
