Robert Seeley started in art college, left to become a hair stylist, and started flipping houses at the age of 23. At 26 he opened a salon and then a spa which quickly expanded into a small chain. He became a realtor at the age of 33. It only took him 6 months to land his first deal and sales have been steady ever since. Robert joined Homeward in 2006 after interviewing with 4 or 5 brokerages and attracted by Roger’s kind and approachable style, which was in stark contrast to the arrogance of other brokers. At first, he tried different things to build his business and realized that what worked best for him was word –of-mouth referrals. Robert’s stated goal at the time was that he would achieve $10 million in sales within 5 years, which he achieved by the end of his second year. He always puts his clients first and believes in minimizing the steps to close the deal.
