Mana Saranj immigrated to Canada in 1999. While raising her two children she studied biological science at the University of Toronto and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1999. Mana then started working as an in-office salesperson for a builder. She sold over 60% of his project from blueprints within 6 months and put herself out of work. It was a bittersweet experience in which she realized she had a talent and passion for real estate. Mana’s clients like that she’s patient and gives them freedom to choose rather than push them to buy. Once she establishes a connection with a client she has them for life. Mana has never lost a client and gets plenty of referrals and repeat business. She enjoys seeing her clients happy and is generous with them, often buying them a TV as a housewarming gift or taking them for an expensive dinner. Mana’s philosophy is that its the connection you have with your clients and how well you understand their needs which makes th e greatest difference, not technology or gadgets. Human emotion and logic makes the decision in the end. One would not suspect that in addition to immigrating to Canada, Mana also lived through a revolution, 8 years of war and a divorce. Even after all that she is now looking to being a realtor-builder.
