Madeleine Maiorano graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University in Montreal. She went on to complete a Masters Degree in Art Restoration from the Art Restoration Institute of Rome. There she started an art restoration business before returning to Canada for family reasons. Here in Toronto Madeleine worked for 13 years at the prestigious Blakes Law Firm and later with a boutique IP Law Firm, negotiating lawyers' fees with large multi-national corporations. Wanting to establish more personal relationships with individuals rather than corporations, and knowing she could utilize her skills to help people purchase their dream home, she decided to obtain her real estate licence. Madeleine's intrinsic patience, negotiating skills and her mastery of several languages (Italian, English, French, and Spanish) have proved to be useful in serving her clients. Using her appreciation and training in art, she has created a home studio equipped for restoring paintings as well as welding and making furniture in partnership with her husband. Madeleine has been known to create custom art pieces to enhance the staging effect for specific listings, all to deliver top dollar for her clients. Her philosophy is to take whatever comes your way and make it work for you.
