After majoring in Philosophy and Literature at the University of Toronto, Gordon Springle went on to teach over 10,000 classes in his 10 year teaching career. Then, bored with teaching he starting flipping houses and three years later started selling houses full-time. Eleven years into his real estate career, Gordon shares that his biggest challenge was that though he had great communication skills, he had to learn business skills by trial and error. He didn’t know what he didn’t know and if he were to do it again he would put himself on a training program. Despite the learning curve, Gordon was able to start his business through open houses and then grew it through repeat and referral business. This is a testament to both his people skills and commitment to helping his clients. Gordon loves connecting with people and leading them to the goals they want to achieve. His personal strength is his ability to create an advantageous dance with other agents which is an excellent facility in negotiations.
