Eliot Crackower started in real estate with Roger and Deirdre over ten years ago when the post production film studio he worked for was sold and all staff were laid off. After an exhaustive year and a half search for a new job he realized that because of his specialized qualifications he had to take matters into his own hands. He got his real estate licence and started a new career path. Eliot began working at Homeward’s front desk while he completed his license and launched his business. In his first year he had great success and eventually he had to quit the front desk to focus on his growing real estate business full time. Eliot’s business plan is based on farming, prospecting, as well as keeping in touch with former clients. Of all the deals he’s closed this year, 90% are repeat business or referrals from happy clients. Eliot’s philosophy in real estate; ’focus on the client and not the commission. If you go above and beyond for a client and you stay in contact, you’ll not only make a sale today, but will get a call for all their future business and their referrals.’ His advice to newbies is to, “develop different streams of new business to ensure that your prospect funnel full is always full."
