Dennis Maude had spent many years in the travel business starting with a major airline and eventually as a partner in a successful travel agency when in 2004 he decided to pursue a full-time real estate career. From his world travels he brings an ability to understand the likes and dislikes of many different people. His business taught him the importance of listening, which he uses constantly with his real estate clients. He makes sure he understands what they want and then provides them with gentle guidance. Dennis understands what it takes to sell a condo unit or a residential property and can tell from the second he walks through the door whether it has what it takes to sell quickly. He knows it's about the look and feel and how this is perceived by different generations and cultures. Dennis believes both buyers and sellers have a preconceived notion of real estate and says it's important to help clients be both realistic and enthusiastic. Dennis' years in travel combined with his experience in the Toronto real estate market means he knows what he's talking about and is usually accurate as to what it takes to move a property. His philosophy is that it's not the fanfare that moves a property but the match between what it has to offer and the buyer's needs.
