Daniel MacLellan obtained his real estate license in 2009 after working with the Haliburton Fire Department. He was always interested in real estate, especially the the deal itself. Daniel quickly mastered marketing homes through open houses. He sold 30 houses in one year through applying the principles he learned in Dale Carnegie courses. Daniel has built his business by serving hard-working individuals, many of whom earn about $50,000 per year and drive compact cars. He, himself, drives a pickup truck and is always prepared to roll up his sleeves and give his clients a hand. Daniel lives near Kingston Road and Warden Avenue and mostly deals with detached and semi-detached homes in the Scarborough communities. He believes in real estate as a piece of security, a place to live and have fun. It has nothing to do with how fancy it is, its market value or size. Daniel is good with his hands and enjoys restoring cars, hanging out at his minimalist cottage, fishing, boating and just being outdoors. His philosophy in life is to always keep a positive attitude, while keeping it real.
