Four years later, Brandon’s plan has proven to be effective, with a website that boasts over 200 pre-construction condos catering to the first time buyer or condo investor. Brandon gets all of his new clients from social media and the internet. His approach of being fun, friendly, honest and open about things are a reflection of his belief that real estate is about marketing, not selling.
