Tony Bolger was a successful Toronto-based architect, designing commercial and residential complexes. His love of the living environment and space led him to buy and work on homes for himself. Tony's great creations were soon noticed by his friends, who sought his help in not just creating their ideal space, but in identifying viable properties for them. In 1989, he found they wanted him to play a greater role in their real estate needs so he obtained his real estate licence. It was a great fit with Tony's own history of buying and selling condos for his own use. He has always been passionate about real estate as a 'built' environment and how to maximize the use of space, and fascinated by how buildings and people relate. As a result, Tony enjoys taking a property and restoring it, and renovating them to maximize their use and space. Some of his favourite projects have included a 100 year old church in Quebec and a 200 year old cottage on the Atlantic, which he renovated with a modern style and re-usable energy efficient technologies. Tony is known for finding unique properties that meet his clients' specific design criteria to support their lifestyle and personality. If you have a unique lifestyle that requires a customized living environment, either as a home or cottage, then you may find yourself speaking with Tony at one point or another.
